We offer a wide range of different qualities and techniques for the manufacture of woven labels. A huge variety of materials and colours allow for the development of woven labels capable of meeting the requirements of the most demanding brands.

The most popular qualities are:
Taffeta – a traditional, economical and cost effective form of woven labelling. It can also provide the base for different more intricate brocade weave effects.
Satin - as the name suggests, these labels have a luxurious, smooth appearance. This lends them to be used widely on prestigious branding for quality garments.
Reverse Satin - This is ideal where the satin quality is needed without the surface sheen, to give a more muted effect.
High Definition - a very high thread density gives the impression that the label is printed. The very fine yarns in this quality give superb definition to the design and brocade.
Other qualities that are available include tubular, embossed, laser cut, denim, cotton and reflective finish.

The use of variable data products eradicates the need for large stocks of different stock lines. Unprinted base material is the only stock that is needed. We can then overprint with text, graphic or barcode information as required for your business needs.
As the data is totally variable, each order can be customised to suit the specific product. The ability to print a marketing message also reduces the need for secondary ticketing and therefore keeps base costs down.

Innovative packaging design perfectly compliments the presentation of your product. The unique personalised service we offer encompasses all aspects of garment and accessory packaging. We specialise in PPE Bags for hanging display of multiple garments, these can be self seal or zip-loc.
Lingerie Card collars enable the whole garment to be sympathetically displayed. The collars can be designed to suit your own hanging needs. Similarly card inserts give you the ability to display the garment in a transparent bag with an informative and colourful board insert. In addition to these items we can also design and supply jewellery cards together with board or polypropylene cascades.
